I. Naya Kehayes, MPH founded Millennium Health Consulting, L.L.C. (MHC) in 1998, and is the Managing Member. Due to the growth and an increased presence on a national basis, the company adopted the business name of Eveia Health Consulting & Management (EVEIA) in 2006. Ms. Kehayes is specialized in managed care, ASC operations and financial management. She provides managed care contracting direction and consultation to several national ASC corporations. Her expertise is in reimbursement methodologies and managed care contract negotiations, as well as ASC financial and operations analysis. Ms. Kehayes is a Speaker at national industry meetings, and has authored many articles published in national journals and trade magazines.
Prior to EVEIA, Ms. Kehayes was a Regional Director of Operations and Managed Care National Surgery Centers. She also coordinated orthopedic development in the Northwest. Prior to that, Ms. Kehayes was a surgical hospital Administrator for Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corporation and held a variety of administrative service positions at hospital and healthcare ancillary service affiliates of Harvard University, Yale University and the University of Rochester.
Ms. Kehayes served as the President of the Washington Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (WASCA), and remains an active Board member. On a national level, she served as a faculty member to the ASC Association for the Certified Surgery Center Administrator Exam Prep Course. Ms. Kehayes earned a Masters of Public Health with thesis distinction from Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut, and a Bachelor of Arts in Community Medicine with a Certificate in Management Studies from the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York.

Matthew Kilton, MBA, MHA | Member , Chief Operating Officer
Matt Kilton joined EVEIA, in 2004 and became a Member in 2005. Mr. Kilton’s expertise is in ASC and surgical practice managed care contract negotiations and reimbursement analysis. He is a Speaker at industry conferences and has authored several articles on managed care related topics published in national trade magazines. He has an extensive background in orthopedic surgery, clinic, and ASC operations and management. Prior to joining EVEIA, Matt was the Chief Executive Officer of Valley Orthopedic Associates and Valley Orthopedic Surgery Center, a Division of Proliance Surgeons located in Renton, Washington. Matt has also held positions with large hospital organizations and surgical group practices, and began his career in Tucson, AZ with Thomas-Davis Medical Centers and Northwest Hospital.
Matt earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, and Masters Degrees in Business Administration as well as Health Services Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is a Certified Healthcare Executive in the American College of Healthcare Executives, and a Certified Medical Practice Executive in the American College of Medical Practice Executives. Matt is an active member of the Medical Group Management Association, BONES National Association of Orthopedic Practice Administrators and served on the Board of the Washington Ambulatory Surgery Center Association.
