Penny Harris | CPA, Business Manager
Penny Harris joined Millennium Health Consulting dba Eveia Health Consulting & Management (EHCM) in 2005, and is a seasoned accountant with specific experience in healthcare as well as general accounting. Ms. Harris oversees accounting services. Prior to joining EHCM, Ms. Harris was an Accountant at Johnson & Shute, P.S. Ms. Harris earned her B.S. in Accounting and graduated Cum Laude from Central Washington University.

Stephanie Ream | Manager
Stephanie Ream joined Millennium Health Consulting dba Eveia Health Consulting & Management (EHCM) of 2005.  She is a seasoned reimbursement and cost analyst with expertise in facility and physician reimbursement methodologies and project management. Ms. Ream oversees statistical and reimbursement analyses projects and is responsible for development of contract compliance tools.  She also coordinates client training pertaining to payment systems and contract compliance. Prior to joining EHCM, Ms. Ream spent five years in the insurance industry as a Senior Analyst.  Prior to that, she was a Hospital Reimbursement and Cost Analyst in Chicago,  and an Actuarial Analyst at Milliman & Robertson.  Ms. Ream earned her Bachelors of Arts in Mathematics and Music, and graduated Cum Laude and with distinction in Mathematics from Occidental College. She attended Northwestern University for graduate studies in mathematics and statistics.  She has successfully completed actuarial exams in Calculus, Statistics, Applied Statistics and Operations Research.

Ty Terry | MC, Manager
Ty Terry joined Millennium Health Consulting dba Eveia Health Consulting & Management  (EHCM) in 2007.  Prior to EHCM, Mr. Terry spent two years in the ASC industry where he was a Business Development Manager for a national ASC company.   Prior to his ASC experience, Mr. Terry was a Managed Care Contract Manager and Negotiator for ten years and he held a variety of positions managing accounts at various health insurance companies.  Ty Terry earned a Master of Counseling from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Oklahoma Baptist University.

Amy F. Coletti | MHA, Senior Associate
Amy Coletti joined Millennium Health Consulting dba Eveia Health Consulting & Management (EHCM), in 2007. Ms. Coletti came
to EHCM with ten years of experience in contract negotiations.  Amy Coletti earned a Masters in Health Care Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from St. Olaf College.

Cheryl Ann Kelly | M.P.H., Senior Associate
Cheryl Ann Kelly joined Eveia Health Consulting & Management (EHCM) in 2001. Ms. Kelly is a seasoned financial healthcare and operations re-engineering consultant. Prior to joining EHCM, she was a Manager at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLP. She also held consulting positions at Strategic Services Corp and APM, Inc. in New York, New York. Ms. Kelly earned her Masters of Public Health from Yale University School of Medicine and her Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut.

Bill Cash | Associate
Bill Cash joined Millennium Health Consulting, LLC dba Eveia Health Consulting & Management (EHCM) in 2007. Prior to joining EHCM, Mr. Cash spent one year as an account specialist with King Electrical Manufacturing Co.  Before that, he spent two years working for The Bisys Group, Inc. as a Senior Fund Accountant.  Mr. Cash is responsible for data evaluation and analysis for payor contracts and various special projects.  His interests also include database design, and software application integration.  Bill Cash earned his Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University where he majored in Economics.

Lauren Cathey | MA, Associate
Lauren Cathey joined Millennium Health Consulting dba Eveia Health Consulting & Management (EHCM) in 2007. Prior to joining EHCM, Ms. Cathey spent two years at United Surgical Partners International. Prior to that, she held a variety of administrative positions for various organizations. Ms. Cathey expedites market research and provides support on payor due diligence projects. She also assists with payor credentialing services. Lauren Cathey earned a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of New South Wales, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Alabama.
